We just filmed our first video for fans of The Relievery! This one will be Melinda describing body tapping as part of your holistic healing routine, and will be posted by the end of this week. We did a 1:30 minute video with only 2 hours of filming, which we count as a win!
Because this was our first video, nerves were running high. Being on camera can be an intimidating process. So, we did what we'd suggest anyone else do - we got in tune with our bodies and figured out how to calm those stressful emotions.
Melinda set up the oil diffuser with a blend of lavender (for a calming effect) and lemon (for energy and pep). Considering the video was on body tapping, she also spent a lot of time reconnecting with her body by doing some extensive tapping throughout the day.
So for those of you who didn't believe us: We don't just preach these practices, we participate as well!
