On Foot

With your thumb, gently apply pressure on red stripe starting at inside of foot.

Press and hold for 3-5 seconds, step thumb sideways, and hold pressure again.

Continue until you reach outside of foot.

Repeat 2-3 times on each foot.
On Abdomen

Start by placing your hand below the bottom of baby's left rib. Lighten up pressure if baby appears to be uncomfortable. Do not press directly between ribs.

Use pads of fingers to apply gentle-medium pressure in a clockwise motion.

Walk hand towards pelvic bone on baby's left side while continuing to apply medium pressure with pads of fingers.

Walk hand slightly above hip bone, working towards right hip. Then walk hand towards bottom of right rib.

Repeat several times or until relief is experienced.
